Unlike its North American parent Company, Ford of Britain and Europe have been profitable for some time now. Top Q have worked in various Ford plants for over 10 years assisting in a wide range of disciplines from Lean Systems, 5S's, TPM, Team Leader Training and Value Stream Mapping. We recently completed a major TPM project at Ford Dagenham Engine Plant as part of the Automotive Upskilling Project.

We have had great results in Japanese Companies UK and European subsidiaries. We know its because of our understanding and experience in Japanese techniques. We feel our Kaizen and Lean approach is purist in content and we don't pad out our sessions with trivial games. We use your actual process, your actual conditions and your problems to give you a real value added service.
With over 50 Customers certified to a multitude of different standards, our Systems Division is able to implement Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety systems. We follow a 'lean' approach when doing this and avoid duplication and repetition in management systems. Our integrated systems service also merges systems with lots of common points, again removing duplication.
