Business Improvement, Management Systems, Kaizen, Lean, Training, Consultancy and support services. 

Formed in 1992 by Managing Director, Martyn Heath who spent some 8 years working for the Seiko-Epson Corporation as a Quality and Manufacturing Consultant. Those eight years of Management System implementation and exposure to Japanese methodologies enabled Martyn to develop an understanding about the integration of formal systems (ISO9001) and Lean/Kaizen systems that few others have had the opportunity to study. Martyn's own knowledge and experience is considerably enhanced and equalled by a number of associates who can be called upon to assist as necessary. Collectively, there are some 75 years of experience in Management systems and Lean/Kaizen application.
Clients include, Ford Motor Company, Kawasaki UK, Mitsubishi Europe, Hitachi Europe, Jaguar, Rolls Royce and Seiko-Epson.
 
We have trained in Lean and ISO Systems in the UK, Germany, Northern Ireland, Italy, Peoples Republic of China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan. Our service is based upon 21 years of continued involvement in the subjects we deliver. 
We believe that management systems and Kaizen/Lean philosophies are best approached in a simple and practical way, without the use of overly complex methodology.

 

We are approved suppliers to Ford, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Kawasaki, Seiko-Epson, The Automotive Academy and have undertaken work for the The National Skills Academy for Manufacturing. We are also a Member of The Institute for Learning. Martyn is IOSH Certified for Managing Safely, has a  A1 Award for NVQ Assessments and a ILM Approved Tutor.
