Formed in December 1992 by Managing Director, Martyn Heath who spent some 8 years working for the Seiko-Epson Corporation as a Quality and Manufacturing Consultant. Based in Stafford, TOP Q has established an enviable reputation for the implementation of Lean methodology and formal management systems. Our services are suitable for all levels of any organisation and cross seamlessly from manufacturing to service sectors. Our clients include, Ford Motor Company, Kawasaki UK, Mitsubishi Europe, Hitachi Europe, Jaguar, Rolls Royce and Seiko-Epson. We believe that management systems and Kaizen/Lean philosophies are best approached in a simple and practical way, without the use of overly complex methodology. We are approved suppliers to Ford, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Kawasaki, Seiko-Epson, The Automotive Academy and have undertaken work for the The National Skills Academy for Manufacturing. We are also a Member of The Institute for Learning. Martyn is IOSH Certified for Managing Safely, has a A1 Award for NVQ Assessments and a ILM Approved Tutor.
